With both front and rear furnished patio areas and its very own, spacious, 80 sq metre furnished private roof terrace, the villa makes the most of outdoor living and the beautiful Cretan landscape. Enjoy a meal on the front patio or you can sip a cocktail looking out from your own private roof terrace with 360 degree views taking in the stunning sunsets over Lagada Bay to the front and magnificent mountain views to the rear. Accessed via a small flight of steps, this luxurious terrace features comfortable seating, a spacious sunbathing and lounging area and an additional space for dining, so you really are spoilt for choice.
The fully furnished shaded front patio overlooks the resort’s two large freshwater pools, landscaped communal gardens and the beautiful Lagada Bay beyond where you can eat al fresco or simply relax and enjoy the view. Inside is bright and light with sliding glass doors leading smoothly from the patio to the pleasant, stylish open plan living area which has the added bonus of a sturdy sofa bed. This comfortably sleeps a fifth adult or two children and can quickly and easily be folded away during the day. The well equipped kitchen has all the mod cons you need including an integrated dish-washer; fridge-freezer and an electric oven and hob.
On the same level, a spacious private double bedroom with double bed offers plenty of both built-in and free standing storage for your holiday and features its own en suite contemporary tiled shower room comprising a modern white WC, washbasin and shower enclosure.
A separate twin bedded bedroom shares the villa’s main bathroom which has the added luxury of a full sized bath tub with shower over and also includes a modern white WC and wash basin.
Private access to the villa is at ground level through the rear of the property and leads directly into the spacious living area so the villa is very convenient for anyone with mobility problems as the living and sleeping accommodation is all on one level and the only steps are up to the roof terrace.
